We offer an “Economy Course” in the hopes of providing patients with more reasonable implant treatment, as well as the “Standard Course (molar teeth)” and “Premium Course (front teeth),” which are made with highly durable materials with a focus on aesthetics.
In particular, when it comes to implant treatment for front teeth, there are cases where compromise on aesthetics is not possible, and a finish that is indistinguishable from other natural teeth is required, so we offer it as the “Premium Course (Front Teeth)”.
One option is to have a surgical guide made by a manufacturer, but Smile Plan Dental Group has a specialized digital dental laboratory and can make surgical guides in-house.
The shape of the surgical guide produced varies depending on the implant manufacturer used, but our clinic mainly uses the following three implant manufacturers.

Astra Tech is one of the most reliable implant manufacturers in the world, and is an implant manufacturer that was developed in Sweden in 1985. It has been a highly refined implant since its inception, and although various improvements have been made, its design concept has remained consistent since its inception.
This is an excellent implant that can be used with confidence, with a highly secure internal taper fitting system, a microthread structure that prevents bone absorption around the implant, and surface properties that enable bone bonding in a short period of time.
CEREC Guide is a surgical guide system used for Astra Tech implant surgery.
It is milled from a transparent acrylic disc using a milling machine at Smile Plan Group’s dental laboratory. It is a highly accurate surgical guide that has been used most frequently in our clinic.
Like Astra Tech Implants, Nobel Biocare is one of the world’s four largest implant manufacturers and boasts high reliability.
Nobel Biocare was the first to develop and market implants together with Professor Brånemark, who discovered the technology of dental implants. With a wide range of products, it is possible to respond to any case.
This implant is especially suitable for special cases such as All-on-4.
X-Guide is a completely new guide system from Nobel Biocare that does not use a surgical guide.
Two cameras above the examination chair monitor the position of the drill and implant in real time, displaying it on the CT image and navigating the system.
It is a cutting-edge guide system that does not require the creation of a surgical guide, which is still rare in Japan.
DIO Implant is the second largest implant manufacturer in Korea and has excellent technology in the field of digital medicine. They create very accurate surgical guides, so we can perform the surgery with peace of mind.
Until now, for DIO implants, data was sent to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer produced the surgical guide, but since last year, our clinic has introduced a DIO 3D printer, which allows us to produce the DIO Navi Guide in-house.
Since we have performed many cases of DIO implants, this is a system that we can recommend with confidence.
